I was cautious about trying this place because of the reviews but I LOVE MAC N CHEESE... so glad I gave it a go!! Employees were awesome and kind, the food was AMAZING so fresh and so yum. I made my own bowl and got the veggie flatbread... 10/10 would recommend!!
Not bad. A lot to take in menu-wise but once you get the hang of it, it's kinda cool. Staff is reallly good at explaining as you go through so that's cool. Food was pretty good but expensive for what you get I think. Dropping over 40 for two people to have lunch has become the norm I guess? Definitely something I'd like to do again as a novelty of but couldn't do it all the time.
Me and my girlfriend came in tonight and made the mistake of ordering both online and in person due to some confusion on the online ordering system. When we came in we were wowed by the customer service of Emily. She was amazing she communicated great and despite being left alone she worked very hard to get our order out. She was also very understanding that we had accidentally placed the online order and she was very nice. Everybody can take notes from Emily, she is great and made my night amazing tonight. Thank you for the great food, customer service, and, cool restaurant.

Food was great! I had the best of both worlds grilled cheese and really enjoyed it while dipping it in the tomato soup. Also, Emily kicked butt tonight after her help left for the night even though they could see she was about to be super busy. Either way Emily was a champ and served everyone with great service and great food! Thanks Emily!
We've eaten here twice, and been extremely pleased both times! My husband really likes the parm chicken mac & cheese, and I'm all about the pepperoni flat bread! Tried the tomato soup and a classic grilled cheese tonight and it was also really good. I personally like my soup super hot, so it could have been hotter and I'd have been fine with that. Oh - and the gluten free cookies at the register - YES! The first time we were there I was a little surprised by the lack of staff, and it took a little while to get our food, but tonight it was quick, hot and totally delicious! The first visit was just my husband and I. Tonight we took our daughter and her family with us. They all really liked it too. I'm more than a little surprised by some of the extremely negative reviews. Our experiences here have been been nothing but good! We'll be back!
The food is pretty great! It’s amazing to see the different flavors and types of Mac and cheese this place offers. The staff is also incredible, friendly and helpful. Emily showed spectacular hospitality and goes out of her way for customers. She’s such a sweetheart and I definitely look forward to my next visit to I Heart Mac and Cheese!
I ordered thru Grubhub so I can't rate the inside of the business. But I ordered the grilled cheese with mac and cheese inside it and a side of tomato soup (bisque?) And it was really yummy! The portion of tater tots was kind of small but the meal itself still definitely filled me up! Would eat from here again for sure! Also, the heart-shaped to go bowl of soup was a nice touch.
